顧問契約の種類
1.パートナー型顧問契約
クライアントのビジョンにフォーカスして1年以上の長期で関わります。
2.アドバイス型顧問契約
クライアントの製販全般での問題点や解決すべき課題にフォーカスして1年以上の長期で関わります。
3.プロジェクト型顧問契約
クライアントの現状の問題点や新規ビジネスの開拓にフォーカスして1年未満の短期で関わります。
